A written quotation is always provided before support begins.

MiLuxe Care Services currently provides non-regulated support services while CQC registration is in progress. Regulated personal care will only be offered once registration is approved.

  • A personalised support plan tailored to individual needs
  • Trained, friendly and reliable care staff
  • Travel time between visits (where applicable)
  • Regular reviews to make sure support remains appropriate
  • Communication with family members (with permission)
  • Basic wellbeing checks and reassurance
  • Light household support (as agreed in the plan)
  • Respectful companionship and emotional support
  • Specialist equipment or medical supplies
  • Private transport or taxi fares
  • Shopping costs or personal purchases
  • Overnight support not included in the agreed plan
  • Deep cleaning or specialist housekeeping
  • Regulated personal care (until CQC approval is granted)
  • Any service requested outside the agreed schedule

Cancellations:

More than 24 hours’ notice: No charge
Less than 24 hours’ notice: The scheduled visit may still be chargeable, as staffing will already have been allocated

Refunds:

If MiLuxe cancels or cannot deliver a visit, we will rearrange it or issue a refund/credit. Refunds are normally processed within 5–7 working days.

Support needs can change - sometimes more, sometimes less.

We will:

  • review your plan regularly
  • discuss any changes with you or your chosen representative
  • confirm new costs in writing before anything changes

Our services are tailored to individual needs, and fees are based on the type of support required, the number of hours, and the complexity of care.

Before CQC Registration
While our CQC registration is in progress, we provide non-regulated support services only. Fees for these services are agreed in advance following an initial consultation and care assessment.

After CQC Registration
Once CQC registration is approved, regulated care services will be offered. Fees for regulated services will be confirmed following a full care assessment and risk evaluation.

There are no hidden charges. All costs are clearly discussed and agreed in writing before services begin.
